These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dimi Noble's ("we," "us," or "our") vehicle shipping services. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Dimi Noble specializes in the nationwide transportation of various types of vehicles, working with fully insured and bonded partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information when requesting our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the origin and destination addresses, moving dates, and contact information. Users are also responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport, which includes:

• Ensuring the vehicle is clean for inspection purposes.
• Disabling any alarms.
• Maintaining a fuel level of 1/4 tank or less.
• Removing or securing all loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, and low-hanging spoilers.
• Removing electronic toll collection devices to prevent unintended charges.

3. Payment Terms

A down payment is required to initiate the shipping process. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the vehicle and must be paid in full via cash, money order, or a certified check to the authorized carrier.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time before a carrier has been assigned without incurring any cancellation fees.

5. Liability and Insurance

Dimi Noble and its partners are fully insured and bonded. However, users are advised to maintain their own insurance coverage. We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle during transport.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Dimi Noble operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
